Pure Indian Foods

Founded in 2008 by husband and wife, Sandeep and Nalini Agarwal, Pure Indian Foods is an artisanal maker of grass-fed organic ghee products, and offers a complete line of sustainably-sourced, non-GMO organic curry sauces, organic spices and herbs, and organic Ayurveda products. We created the concept of “Grassfed & Organic” Ghee back in 2008, were featured in NY Times in 2010, and were the first ghee company to get Whole30 approval back in 2011. The ghee side of the business is actually 130 years old, started in 1889, spanning five generations. We make it fresh in small batches in stainless steel equipment in New Jersey, using the milk of cows raised in the USA. Our organic spices and grocery products are mostly sourced from small farms in India. We support small communities as much as possible.
